ANPA (Amit N. Patil Architects) is a visionary Architectural Firm established in the year 2010 in Navi Mumbai by the Principal Architect Amit N. Patil. As an alumnus of Bhartiya Vidyapeeth and a Mumbai University Graduate he has been fortunate to garner substantial work experience of over a decade with exemplary firms and quickly earning a reputation as the most sort after Senior Associate Architect before turning a Proprietor himself.
ANPA’s first break came with a Residential cum Commercial building project in Navi Mumbai, which proudly lead the organisation towards multitude of prestigious projects and fresh opportunities soon followed suit. In the opening year itself with a beginners Team strength of 2, the Firm had designed around 23 projects which included Residential Apartments, Single family homes and Commercial buildings. With this mix bag of Low-rises & High-rises along with larger projects in the pipeline the Firm had paved a strong path for the years to follow.
Currently, we are on board with a plethora of under construction sites with a handful in the designing stages, spanning across various nodes of Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, MMR, Pune & beyond. With 25 years of experience at its helm and with a talented Team of 19, including the accomplished Principal Architect, 2 Senior Architects, 3 Junior Architects, 4 Liasoning/Project sanctioning staff, 3 Architectural Assistants, 1 Senior Interior Designer, 2 Junior Interior Designers and 3 Ancillary Staff, this Organisation stands tall and true to various Architectural & Interior Design genre it caters too.
